Delivery

UK orders ship for £6.95 standard delivery, or free on orders from £150. Prices include VAT.

Some pieces ship from our UK warehouse and others from the Netherlands. The product page tells you which warehouse ships your item.

For UK-warehouse pieces, order before 22:00 (UK time), Monday to Friday, and in-stock items usually ship the same working day. After the cutoff, or at the weekend, dispatch moves to the next working day.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, email customerservice@elinerosina.com.
