Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Start your return in our return portal. You do not need to email us first.

Returns without a return form are not processed. Items sent back without original packaging are only accepted if the product is still in good condition.

Gift cards and products paid with a gift card cannot be exchanged for money. Refunds for gift-card purchases are issued as gift-card credit.

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method. This can take a few working days to appear.
